I am a Melbourne based Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) of 10 years and a health and fitness coach of 16 years who believes that health is about far more than food rules, rigid routines, or shrinking your body. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their health and quality of life, supporting them to feel stronger, more energised, and more at ease in their bodies.
I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University, a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition, and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. My background across movement, nutrition science, and dietetics allows me to support health from a truly holistic perspective, one that considers not just what you do, but how it fits into your life.
My philosophy is grounded in non-diet, weight-inclusive care. I support people who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle of dieting, feeling “off track,” or believing they need more discipline to be healthy. Instead, I focus on helping clients build gentle structure, develop trust in their bodies, and create sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellbeing — without restriction or guilt.
I’m passionate about helping people:
Unlearn food rules and diet culture narratives
Build flexible, intuitive approaches to eating that still honour nutrition
Reconnect with movement as something supportive, not punishing
Create boundaries around body talk, comparison, and health noise
Develop habits that enhance health, confidence, and quality of life
Alongside my clinical work, I co-founded Thrive Club and Thrive Women’s Wellness Workshops to support women through the often misunderstood transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. These spaces are designed to empower women through education, connection, and support.
At the core of everything I do is the belief that your body isn’t the problem and that health should add to your life, not take away from it.

The fun stuff about me
I live in Melbourne with my partner and spend my weekends playing amateur AFL. I’m a lifelong Hanson fan, cheer on the Richmond Tigers and Penrith Panthers, and never miss a WWE or strongman competition. I enjoy trying new hobbies, from guitar and painting to gardening and you’ll usually find me at my local brewery on a Friday, enjoying happy hour with friends and my partner.
